Health practitioners are welcome to contact the practice about a referral or a second opinion.

How to refer

Send a referral letter

Send a referral letter via your usual channel, or use the form below to request contact. The office will follow up to arrange secure transfer of the referral letter and supporting reports.

What helps most

A short clinical summary

A clinical summary and reason for referral, relevant biochemistry and imaging reports, prior pathology where available, current medications, and an indication of urgency.

Expected turnaround

Within two working days

We aim to make contact within two working days of receiving a referral. Cases with oncological or clinical urgency are prioritised accordingly.

Urgent referrals. Any healthcare practitioner is welcome to contact Prof Panieri directly, or call the rooms on 021 685 0291.
